Privacy policy

container3D is built privacy-by-design. This is a functional summary — have it reviewed and formalized before launch (cahier des charges §22-26, §37).

What we don't collect

  • No visitor accounts or login
  • No name, phone number or email to use the calculator
  • No persistent user ID or visitor profile
  • No storage of the detailed product/carton/pallet values you enter
  • No IP address stored in the database

What we do collect

  • Country of connection, resolved from your IP via GeoIP at request time — the IP itself is discarded and never written to the database.
  • Anonymous, aggregate calculation events (container type, success/failure, timing) to keep the service reliable.
  • If you use the Contact form: your message, subject, and email if you choose to give one, kept only as long as needed to respond.
